What is Cremeux made of?
The word ‘ Crémeux ‘ is a French word for ‘creamy’ and is used because –you guessed it – this dessert has a creamy texture and taste. In the simplest terms, Crémeux is crème anglaise, which is made out of milk, cream, sugar, and eggs.
