What is an e meal THM?
The E Meal is comprised of lean protein + good carbs + nonstarchy veggies. It’s the carbs that make it an E meal. E meals should contain 20-45 grams of healthy carbs.
Can you snack on THM?
Easy THM Snacks with Cooked or Canned Meats Some can be made Fuel Pull style, too, making them versatile for E or FP snacks. Enjoy with on-plan crackers or bread options, with fresh veggies, or on a pile of dark, leafy greens.

A Trim Healthy Mama Fuel Pull is basically a middle of the road “nothing” food. It doesn’t have enough fat to push you into an S meal and not enough healthy carbs to push you into an E meal.
Are Larabars THM approved?
Are Larabars THM Approved? Larabars are not on plan. Although the THM app does say that they could be used as a rare personal choice if you are pregnant, nursing or at goal weight (and it would be a XO). The reason that Larabars are NOP is because it is dried fruit combined with fats.
